Antibodies

Throughout the final week of October 2021, the Antibodies: Art During the Pandemic exhibition could be seen in empty shop spaces and public contexts around Exeter city centre. Initiated by students from the Curation MA at University of Exeter, the project aimed to provide a platform for artist projects addressing issues of mental health and social isolation – topics which were of course particularly relevant at the time.
 

Our typographic approach was inspired by the ever-evolving nature of viruses, as seen through a microscope. In addition to our identity work, Intercity also designed the project website (featuring an accessibility mode for maximum legibility), A0 poster designs for each of the venues, and an A2 fold-out catalogue.
